• Can leave the body feeling lighter and refreshed

🥗 PREPARATION
Begin preparing 3 days before the session.
Keep your meals light and simple:
✓ Freshly cooked, home-made food
✓ Dal, rice, khichdi, seasonal vegetables, fruits and soups
✓ Avoid fried, oily, spicy and heavy food
✓ Avoid non-veg, junk food, bakery items and packaged snacks
✓ Reduce tea and coffee
✓ Drink enough water through the day
✓ Have dinner early, ideally before 8 PM
🌙 SATURDAY NIGHT — 3 OCTOBER
Keep dinner extra light — khichdi, soup or fruits — and sleep on time.
📝 KEEP READY
• Approximately 2 litres of lukewarm water + 2 teaspoons of salt
The water should taste mildly salty.
• A glass for drinking
• Yoga mat placed close to a washroom
• Comfortable, loose clothing and a towel
• Khichdi (rice + moong dal) with plenty of ghee, prepared in advance for after the session
☀️ SESSION MORNING
• Do not eat or drink anything before the session
• Join 5 minutes early
⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Please do NOT participate if you have:
• Pregnancy or menstruation
• High blood pressure or heart disease
• Kidney problems
• Stomach ulcers, hernia or colitis
• Any abdominal surgery in the recent past
If you take regular medication, please consult your doctor before joining.
🍲 AFTER THE SESSION
• Rest for 30–45 minutes
• Avoid cold water, tea and coffee
• Have khichdi with ghee as your first meal
• Avoid dairy (except ghee), spicy and fried food, and non-veg for the rest of the day
