Terms and Conditions
HEALTH DISCLOSURE & PARTICIPANT DECLARATION
Applicable to all programs offered by Team Yognikshala — including Full Sadhana (Sapta Shuddhi), Inner Alignment Program, ManShakti Core, Pancha Shuddhi, Antar Mauna, Fitness Yoga, Beginner Yoga, Dand-Baithak, RESET-25, Personal Training, and any recorded course or webinar. This document covers health-related disclosure as well as program validity and refund terms. Please read carefully before enrolling; enrollment in any program constitutes acceptance of this declaration.
1. General Recommendation
Our programs include, in varying combination depending on the program, physical postures (āsana), breath practices (prāņāyāma), cleansing techniques (Shatkarma/Kriya, where applicable), meditation and structured lifestyle practice. Individuals with a pre-existing health condition relevant to a given program — as described in that program's Contraindication Guidelines, where issued — are generally not recommended to join a group-format class of that kind. Such individuals are better served by one-on-one, supervised instruction where pace and technique can be adapted to them directly.
2. Voluntary, Informed Participation
Participation in any of our programs is entirely voluntary. If a participant with a relevant health condition chooses, of their own informed will, to join a group program rather than seek one-on-one guidance, they may do so — understanding that group classes are conducted at a general pace suited to the group, and are not adapted in real time to any one individual's condition. This choice, and its consequences, rests with the participant.
3. Scope of Guidance Provided
Any Contraindication Guidelines, lifestyle guidance or modified structure we share are offered as general, good-faith guidance at a broadly safe and restrained level. They are not a substitute for personalised medical or Ayurvedic assessment, and we do not claim they eliminate risk for every individual or condition.
4. Limits of Our Responsibility
We cannot observe, supervise or control what a participant does outside class — their diet, sleep, other physical activity, or how honestly and consistently they follow the guidance given. The benefit and safety of any physical, breath-based or meditative practice depend substantially on the participant's own discipline and lifestyle choices beyond the class itself. Team Yognikshala will not be held responsible for any adverse outcome arising from a participant's pre-existing condition, non-disclosure of a condition, failure to follow guidance, or conduct/lifestyle outside class that is beyond our knowledge or control.
5. Program Validity, Extension & Refund Policy
All programs run on a fixed validity period corresponding to the subscription selected at enrollment — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
- No extension of the validity period is granted for any reason, including missed classes, absence, illness, travel, or any other circumstance.
- No refund is issued once a subscription has been activated, under any circumstances.
- Important Notice: Participants are encouraged to choose their subscription duration carefully, keeping their own availability and consistency in mind before enrolling.
6. Declaration by Participant
By enrolling in any Team Yognikshala program, I confirm that:
- I have read and understood this Declaration, and the Contraindication Guidelines applicable to my program, where issued.
- I have disclosed any relevant health condition to Team Yognikshala at the time of enrollment, and will promptly disclose any condition that arises during the program.
- I am joining this program by my own informed choice, understanding the general (non-individualised) nature of group instruction.
- I understand participation is voluntary, and I am responsible for my own practice, discipline and lifestyle outside of class.
- I understand and accept the Program Validity, Extension & Refund Policy stated above — including that my subscription period is fixed and non-extendable, and that fees are non-refundable once my subscription is activated.
